Why I'm publishing 30 videos in 30 days
I have a pattern I'm done pretending isn't there: I build things easily and freeze at launch. Apps that work, sitting unlaunched. Domains I bought for ideas I never started. Zero-to-one is the fun part; shipping is where I stall.
So the fix is exposure therapy: 30 videos in 30 days on YouTube. Talking head, 2–3 hours a day, published whether I like the take or not. Done beats perfect for the next 30 days, because perfect is the excuse I've been hiding behind.
What I'll be documenting
- Switching from Windows to Linux (CachyOS) as a daily driver
- De-Googling my life, one service at a time
- Self-hosting and homelab builds
- How I actually use AI day to day
I'm a self-taught engineer — college dropout, the least traditional route — and figuring things out in the open is the whole point of this channel.
Day one is up (or about to be). If watching someone fight their own launch fear in public sounds useful, subscribe or get the letters below.
